Father's Fish Fry

Traditional Corn Flour Breading seasoned with our "Secret Ingredient" Cajun seasoning. You can make a light and delectable fry by simply shaking some fish fillets, shrimp or oysters and then frying until golden brown.

Alternatively, you can use an egg wash to make the crust much thicker. Try both versions!
